Davinia Taylor has put her £15.5 million Marbella mansion up for sale.
The former 'Hollyoaks' actress - who played Jude Cunningham on the Channel 4 soap - has swapped the Spanish sun for a return to her Lancashire roots.
According to LuxuryEstate.com, the frontline beach villa has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, so any potential buyers are unlikely to be caught short in the Andalusian abode.
The listing claims the plush pad offers "spacious rooms, several exterior entertainment zones and chill-out areas, a Balinese Gazebo in the tropical garden, a fantastic pool, a covered BBQ/dining area and sitting areas overlooking the sea".
If that wasn't enough for someone to be prepared to fork out the best part of £16 million, then perhaps those looking for a new Marbella villa to relax in will be pleased to note there is a "a special tower suite" in the ancient tower which leads to "a large chill out terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea".
And it could be the ideal base for some partying, as Marbella town centre is just a short drive away.
Mother-of-four Davinia - whose multi-millionaire father Alan ran the AM Paper toilet roll factory in Skelmersdale, west Lancashire - took to Instagram this week to share a video of her "breath-taking school run" in Lancashire's Ribble Valley District.
She wrote: "Breathtaking school run !! #lancashire #ribblevally #nogridlock (sic)"
Davinia starred on 'Oaks' between 1996 and 1998, and the character returned to the village under the name of Mrs. Windsor Davenport in 2016.
