Davina McCall wants 'Don't Try This at Home' to return.
The 49-year-old TV presenter - who is currently fronting ITV's 'Long Lost Family'-
would love to see the gripping challenging show, which aired from 1998 to 2001, given a reboot but thinks someone will need to "lunatic enough" to present it.
When asked which TV shows she would love to see revived, she said: "Maybe 'Don't Try This at Home' should come back but they'd need someone lunatic enough to present it. I bungee jumped out of a helicopter over Grand Canyon on that show, walked across a rope between two sky scrapers with only a net beneath and drove across a valley on two iron girders. It was terrifying. I got pregnant and couldn't go back as I didn't want danger with a little person to look after."
And the former 'Big Brother' host was excited to hear that channel 4 dating show 'Streetmate', which aired from 1998 until 2007, would be making a return with 2016 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' winner Scarlett Moffatt on hosting duties.
She told the Metro newspaper: "It's so exciting. I messaged Scarlett Moffatt to wish her good luck. She's going to be great."
And the presenting veteran insisted the current series of 'Long Lost Family' has been one of her favourite shows to be a part of as helping people find their loved ones has been an "amazing" thing.
She said: "We keep getting really amazing stories. Recently I told a woman who had get son at 15 and spent years looking for him that we had found him. It was her dream. When I saw her two weeks later she looked like a completely different person.
"To play a part in helping someone in that way is amazing."
