Davina McCall thinks it'll be "quite comical" watching new show The Jump.
The 46-year-old presenter signed up to host the celebrity winter sports contest after a preview of the challenges the contestants will undertake left her in fits of laughter.
She said: "When I met with the production company, they showed me a tape of all the sports the competitors are going to take part in, and I laughed so hard. I thought, 'Oh my God, I have to present this show.'
"I thought it was a great opportunity to have a good laugh with the celebrities taking part too, and I suspect that some of the positions they'll end up in will be quite comical."
However, Davina knows the tough sports - which include bobsleigh, skeleton, speed-skating, slalom skiing and cross-country skiing - could prove "dangerous" for some contestants.
She added in an interview with Channel 4: "Hopefully no one will seriously hurt themselves, but let's not deny how dangerous the show is. Health and safety is really strict."
The 'Got To Dance' presenter is most looking forward to seeing how Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave, cricketer Darren Gough and Pussycat Dolls star Kimberly Wyatt fare in the contest.
Asked who she is excited about taking part, she said: "Kimberly Wyatt, given that she's my mate and she was a judge on 'Got to Dance'.
"I'm really happy she's doing it. I know that she's going to work her butt off and put her heart and soul into it. She's extremely focused which is great.
"In the same regard, obviously the sportsmen, Darren and Sir Steve, are also going to be very focused. It'll be interesting to see what strategies people pull out of the bag."
