David Walliams thinks his impression of Queen Elizabeth could upset Buckingham Palace.
The 49-year-old comedian is worried that his "alternative Queen's speech" on the 'Britain's Got Talent' Christmas Day special (25.12.20) will leave the monarch upset as he cracks jokes about his fellow judges - including Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden - as well as the royals.
He said: "It’s an alternative Queen's speech. It’s just jokes about the other judges, more than jokes about the queen.
"In any case, the Queen is going to watch it and not be very happy! That’s just one part of the show, it’s a two-hour show extravaganza, it’s going to be great."
The festive treat - which was announced earlier this year - will see past contestants and winners, including Susan Boyle and Paul Potts, join the judges to celebrate the festive season.
A source revealed at the time: "Simon has not done Christmas before and ITV jumped at the chance to put 'Britain's Got Talent' at the very heart of their festive schedule.
"It does huge ratings, so why not unleash it at a different time of year to mix things up a bit. The show will be a jam-packed full of Christmas cheer and music. It will not be a competition as such but a celebration of the show."
David has been tight-lipped about his act but Amanda has given her seal of approval on his comedy mash-up, which includes comics Daliso and Lost Voice Guy.
She added: "He does a very funny speech. It’s kind of believable.”
Meanwhile, the 49-year-old actress is set to perform her single 'Home for Christmas' with 2014 champions Collabro.
Other returnees include 2008 winner George Sampson, and the dancer will join forces with stand-in judge Ashley Banjo - who is stepping in for Simon Cowell after he broke his back earlier this year - and his dance troupe Diversity, who beat Susan Boyle to the title in 2009.
And Alesha Dixon will perform a rendition of 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' with pianist Tokio Myers, who triumphed on the talent show in 2017.
