David Tag has become a dad for the first time.
The 'Hollyoaks' actor took to Instagram to share a snap of his and girlfriend Abi Harrison's baby boy, and he revealed the little one was born on June 9th.
He told OK!: "Myself and Abi are both thrilled to share the safe arrival of our beautiful baby boy, born on Wednesday 9th June at 12:14pm.
"Both Abi and our little man are doing great and we can’t wait for you all to meet him!"
The 36-year-old star also wrote on Instagram: "Welcome to the big wide world baby boy (sic)"
David announced in January that he was to be a dad, by sharing a picture of Abi's silhouetted baby bump.
He captioned the photo: "Some good came out of 2020.... (sic)"
His rep said at the time: "David couldn't be any more excited to become a dad for the first time and has been in complete awe of Abi throughout the whole pregnancy."
David's joy comes after he told last week he had lost two friends to suicide during lockdown.
He said: "Even the happiest of faces can suffer from mental health problems.
"The charity organises get-togethers where you can open up to each other.
"I am a strong-willed person and I found during lockdown a lot of people suffered in a lot of different ways.
"During lockdown two people I know died by suicide.
"When it gets down to the nitty gritty men pull back and think 'I'm being pathetic, weak and stupid.'
"There is a stigma."
