David Ginola has become the latest celebrity to leave 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'.
The former footballer was the eighth star to be booted out of Gwrych Castle in North Wales on Saturday night (11.12.21), meaning former Saturdays star Frankie Bridge, 32, and soap stars Danny Miller, 30, and Simon Gregson, 47, will battle it out to be crowned King or Queen of the Castle on Sunday night's (12.12.21) grand final.
The contestants faced the infamous Celebrity Cyclone, which saw them each fend off strong winds and get a soaking to pick up the giant yellow stars.
And Ant and Dec later unveiled who was the latest celebrity to be evicted.
In his exit speech, David admitted it was a "victory" to have got this far, as he opened up on the "difficult" but "fun" living conditions with the rest of the camp.
David, 54, felt journalist Louise Minchin, 53, was "too bossy" when she was camp leader, while he and record producer Naughty Boy, 40, also had tense moments.
David's exit comes after the double eviction last night (10.12.21), which saw Olympian Matty Lee, 23, and 'EastEnders' legend Adam Woodyatt, 53, leave the competition.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that last year's winner Giovanna Fletcher will not be there in person to hand over the crown tomorrow, due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The 36-year-old star - who became the first-ever Queen of the Castle in 2020 as the ITV reality show moved to Gwrych Castle from the jungle Down Under due to the pandemic - won't be back to pass on the baton and crown, as is tradition for former winners.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “ITV would have loved to have Giovanna back, she was a hugely popular winner last year.
"But due to COVID rules — even with the show coming to an end on Sunday — it was decided they couldn’t take the risk without her isolating, which is a lot to ask for a one-minute cameo.”
The 'I'm A Celebrity...' 2021 final kicks off on Sunday (12.12.21) at 9pm on ITV.
