Danny Miller was filming 'Emmerdale's barn explosion scenes when he learned that his fiancee was pregnant.
The 30-year-old actor - who plays Aaron Dingle in the long-running ITV soap - and Steph Jones recently announced they're expecting their first child, and Danny has now revealed where and when he found out.
Appearing on 'Loose Women', he recalled: "I was filming the barn explosion that aired about six weeks ago. I was filming the aftermath of that at the hospital.
"Luckily I didn’t have too much to do."
The 'Emmerdale' cast have been using their phones and tablets for their scripts, due to coronavirus restrictions, and Danny kept his mobile on airplane mode while on set.
He said: "I was in the middle of the storyline and I had seven missed calls and four texts, none of which made sense.
"I then had to step off set when I could. I knew there was something going on."
Meanwhile, Danny recently revealed that he'd "fallen in love all over again" with his unborn baby.
The actor confessed he couldn't be more in love with the little one, as he shared a new baby scan photo.
He wrote on Instagram: "Went to check on Baby Miller today and fell in love all over again!! (sic)"
Steph has also been updating fans about the baby's progress, revealing the scan helped to settle her and Danny's anxious feelings.
She wrote on social media: "We went to have a private scan today to check on Baby’s growth, it’s totally normal and acceptable to settle any anxious feelings. However, our cheeky little baby had other ideas and decided to face away from us and into Mums tummy.
"We all have those days, don’t we? But the growth was all well and good as was baby’s heartbeat, which is the main thing. (sic)"
