Danniella Westbrook has opened a bar in Marbella, Spain - despite being a recovering alcoholic.
The 43-year-old actress only left the Villa Paradiso rehab facility in Mijas, Spain, in March and Danniella - who returned to taking cocaine after suffering a miscarriage in 2016 - has now admitted that she still has a drink, but doesn't see having her own boozer as a problem because she will be working from "the other side of the bar".
Asked on UK TV show 'Loose Women' on Thursday (11.05.17), if her life is easier when she is aboard and if it is an issue when she comes back home and is haunted by her demons, she replied: "She said, no for me personally, we are creatures of habit like animals, we need structure in our life. I've just opened a bar with a friend of mine in Spain.
"I am better on the other side of the bar, I am a people person. I'm known for nightlife and DJing anyway in Ibiza.
"I can't just stop my life."
On whether part of rehab is removing herself from her triggers, she admitted: "Well it is really, but my triggers are being down and depressed. That's me, I am a people person and I like structure, I like to be around people."
When quizzed if it is intoxicating to be surrounded by people who are drinking, she said: "Not really, I was in it for years.
"If I say I should give up completely on this industry I'd be surrounded by people who take drugs."
Danniella - who was joined on the show by her 18-year-old son Kai - said she accepts that she will always be "an addict".
She said: "At the the end of the day, I will always be an addict of something.
"I think every time is your last chance and you can't always sit on a sob story. I came in to make people aware of mental health and addiction."
Asked how her therapists feel about her opening a bar, she said: "Well my friend has already got a bar in Spain, it's great.
"He runs those. I wanted something to put my money into. My son's dad is Spanish, he speaks Spanish. I want something that he can do and have a nice life.
"I am still going to work and act, it's just an investment for me and my son.
"I'm not there everyday."
Danniella - who also has 13-year-old daughter Jody with Kai's dad Kevin Jenkins - then made the admission that she still drinks booze, despite everything she has been through with her addictions.
She said: "I still have a drink and stuff. For me, I am really addicted to making money and being successful. I do have a drink. It's not a trigger. I am one of those people who can get up in the morning and drink like people would have a cup of coffee."
