Dan Neal has been evicted from the Big Brother house.
The former policeman said he felt "cheated" to have been voted off the Channel 5 programme as he and Sophie Lawrence and Sam Evans thought they were immune from this week's evictions - only to discover Big Brother had lied and they were the nominated housemates.
He said: "I am upset. I feel cheated. If this had been a normal week I wouldn't have gone."
Despite his upset at being the fifth housemate to leave the show, Dan, 33, insisted he had no regrets.
He told programme host Emma Willis: "I spoke my mind. I have no regrets."
Meanwhile, Daley Ojuederie is desperate to return to the show to prove his actions toward Hazel O'Sullivan - who he grabbed by the throat and threatened to "nut" - were just "play fights".
The boxer - who was forced to leave the house 12 days ago because of his actions - admitted he is still attracted to the brunette beauty, who he had a flirty relationship with in the house, and wants her to "tell the truth".
He said: "I want to go back in. I would say 'Hello Hazel. I love you - but please tell the truth!'
"That was a big play fight. I want to go back in to see the look on their faces."
Following Daley's forced elimination from the show for his "aggressive" behaviour, he claimed the footage of him grabbing Hazel by the throat was harmless banter and insisted it happened several times and she didn't have a problem with it.
