Dame Barbara Windsor reportedly left thousands of pounds to various charities in her will.
The iconic actress died in December 2020, aged 83, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease, and it's now been revealed that she left £1,000 each to seven different charities.
The London-born star - who played the part of Peggy Mitchell in 'EastEnders' - decided to leave money to various charitable organisations, such as the NSPCC, Breast Cancer Care, Help The Aged, and Age UK, according to The Sun newspaper.
Barbara also left £4.6 million to her husband Scott Mitchell, £5,000 to sister-in-law Marsha Alexander and her husband Laurence, as well as £2,000 each to cousins Leslie Larsen and Julie Elliot.
Barbara also left £1,000 to her on-screen sister Anna Karen, who played Aunt Sal in 'EastEnders'.
Meanwhile, Ross Kemp - who delivered the eulogy at Barbara's funeral - previously revealed that he has a special memento of Barbara in his office to remember his beloved friend.
The 57-year-old actor - who played Grant Mitchell, Barbara's on-screen son, in 'EastEnders' - described his former co-star as a "timeless".
He said: "I have a picture of her in my office, she gave that picture to me virtually when I first met her.
"It’s of her in her twenties, it has a special message.
"She’s timeless, we are very flippant, transient and in a disposable kind of time, sadly, as you can see by all he plastic that washes up in the ocean, but she is pretty timeless."
Ross is also keen to ensure that Barbara's memory will "carry on" in the coming years.
The actor - who first joined 'EastEnders' in 1990 - said: "I hope that people will carry on remembering what a great person she was."
