Cynthia Erivo will be a guest judge during Strictly Come Dancing's Musicals Week.
The 34-year-old star is set to fill the void left by Craig Revel Horwood on the BBC show this weekend, after the outspoken judge recently tested positive for COVID-19.
The 'Bad Times at the El Royale' actress said: "I’m so delighted to be joining the 'Strictly' judging panel for Musicals Week.
"Musicals have a unique place in my heart, it’s such a special way of connecting all art and making it one. I’m excited to bring my experience to the show and I can’t wait to see what the couples have in store this weekend."
The upcoming show will see the couples perform their latest dance routines to tunes from some of the most loved musicals of all time.
Earlier this week, it was confirmed that Craig has tested positive for COVID-19.
The 56-year-old judge is currently self-isolating and will be absent from both 'Strictly' shows this weekend.
A 'Strictly' spokesperson explained at the time: "Craig Revel Horwood has tested positive for COVID-19 and is now self-isolating following the latest government guidelines."
However, it's still hoped the panellist will return to the BBC show before the end of the month.
The spokesperson added: "While Craig will not be taking part in 'Strictly Come Dancing' this weekend, all being well he will return the following week."
Rylan Clark also discussed the situation on 'Strictly: It Takes Two', sending his best wishes to Craig.
He said: "Craig, we're sending you all of our love and we can't wait to see you really soon."
