Cilla Black's home has been put on the market for £4.4 million.
The Buckinghamshire mansion - where the legendary entertainer lived for 45 years - has reportedly been put up for sale by her sons.
A source told the Daily Star Sunday: "Cilla was a huge part of village life when her boys were younger but kept herself to herself in recent years.
"Everyone knows her house; it was a bit of a landmark in the local area.
"It's a shame that the family are selling up but the property must cost a fortune to run so it's understandable."
Cilla and her husband Bobby bought the property in 1970 where they raised their sons Robert, 45, Ben, 41, and Jack, 35.
The eight-bedroom home includes a tennis court, leisure complex and indoor pool and spa along with a cottage on the grounds.
Cilla passed away last August following a fall at her home in Spain and reportedly left £15 million to her sons in her will.
However, they will have to pay almost £6 million in inheritance tax leaving then with roughly £3 million each.
Cilla also reportedly bequeathed £20,000 to her housekeeper Penny Walker.
A source said: "She adored her sons and treated Penny as part of the family."
Cilla also has a £2 million villa in Spain and £ 1.5million penthouse in Barbados which have not been included in her UK estate.
