Christopher Biggins was once groped by a pensioner during a visit to an old people's home.
The 72-year-old actor has revealed he received unwanted attention from an elderly woman when he agreed to put on a show for the residents.
He explained: "I thought she was going to say: ‘Hello, how are you? Thanks for coming.’ But no words were spoken. Instead she simply grabbed my private parts and tugged at them.
"Then she went and sat down and that was it! Every-one, including all the nurses and doctors, were on the floor laughing.
"I just couldn’t believe it. It was absolutely extraordinary.
"Nothing more was said from her. At the end of the sing- song she went to her room and that was it.’"
The veteran star - who appeared in the iconic sitcom 'Porridge' - admitted that the show remains a stand-out moment in his career.
He said: "I was shocked but I was also amused because it came from nowhere."
The actor won 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!' in 2007, and he relished his experience in the Australian jungle.
However, he's glad he never joined the most-recent series of the ITV show, which was staged in a castle in Wales because of the coronavirus pandemic.
He told CelebMix: "I am so pleased I didn’t go to Wales because I would have hated it because it was so cold.
"It was really good, but it was good because Ant and Dec are just brilliant and wonderful to watch and they are very funny.
"I loved going to Australia so it was very special, but Wales was very different."
