Morrisons will be joining other major retail chains this week in launching their 2015 Christmas adverts and marketing campaign, with butchers, bakers, greengrocers and fishmongers amongst those involved in the visuals, which will launch on Friday November 6.
Focusing on the colleagues, the groups are seen making and preparing products including in Morrisons' own Christmas range, all made directly by Morrisons in store or in its manufacturing sites.
Morrisons Marketing Director Andy Atkinson said: "The stars of our advert are our staff, they are the ones who deliver a magical Christmas through their passion for fresh food. This campaign also shows how we carefully source fresh produce, our friendly customer service and our great value for money."
A series of three adverts will be shown throughout the festive season, with the campaign also including in store activity, outdoor, radio, direct marketing, digital and press advertising.
The first ad will show how Morrisons works with British farmers to make fresh food in its stores, whilst the second focuses on the hand-made Christmas treats baked, smoked and hand-boned in store.
Ending with a third ad, the focus will be on how the store helps customers create a magical Christmas, with all three entries into the advertising trilogy ending with the strap line: "Make it a magical Christmas... At Morrisons."
