Christine Bleakley is "nervous" about going back to live television on This Morning.
The 35-year-old presenter is to take on a role on the ITV daytime show when Holly Willoughby goes on maternity leave in a few weeks to have her third child, and although she's excited to be coming back she admits making live television is nerve-racking.
Christine - who has taken on co-hosting duties with Phillip Schofield before when Holly has been off - exclusively told MailOnline: "I am really looking to working on the show more regularly and love Phil and Holly as they are such a lovely team, including all the staff behind the scenes so it is a great environment to work in. I was completely chuffed to be a part of that more regularly.
"I do get extremely nervous especially for live filming. I have watched the programme for so many years, so for me I was like I can't believe I am doing this!"
Speculation has been mounting that Christine - who also hosted 'Dancing On Ice' with Phillip - would be leaving the UK next year when her footballer fiancé Frank Lampard makes his way across the Atlantic to play for New York City FC.
However, the Northern Irish star - who is involved with Soft & Gentle's #dontsweatit campaign - previously hinted she'd rather fly back and forth from The Big Apple to London rather than relocate permanently because she is settled in the English capital.
Speaking about his move, she said: "There are so many other things behind the scenes that nobody knows about.
"Our lives are very much dictated by what Frank wants to do football-wise, so I really, really don't know. It's still very much up in the air."
