Chrissy Teigen thinks 'Love Island' has "evolved so much since the early days".
The 34-year-old model is a huge fan of the ITV dating show - but Chrissy has suggested it's become less interesting as the contestants are now "more aware" of the attention on them.
She wrote on Twitter: "Love island has evolved so much since the early days. No more chain smoking or drunken cries. Or sex! They seem much more aware that they are, indeed, on tv (sic)"
The American model - who is married to Grammy-winning star John Legend - also admitted she still struggles to understand some of the expressions used on the British TV show.
She wrote on the micro-blogging platform: "love island question: is a scaffolder someone in construction generally or someone in purely the construction of scaffolding? Also why are all your scaffolders young perfect Ken dolls (sic)"
This year's summer edition of 'Love Island' has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Kevin Lygo, ITV's director of television, has conceded it simply wasn't possible to stage the show in the midst of the health crisis.
He explained: "We have tried every which way to make 'Love Island' this summer but logistically it's just not possible to produce it in a way that safeguards the wellbeing of everyone involved and that for us is the priority.
"In normal circumstances we would be preparing very soon to travel out to the location in Mallorca to get the villa ready but clearly that's now out of the question.
"We are very sorry for fans of the show but making it safely is our prime concern and 'Love Island' will be back stronger than ever in 2021."
