Cheryl Baker is the second celebrity confirmed to be taking part in 'Dancing On Ice'.
The Bucks Fizz singer jumped at the chance to sign up to the skating show reboot but has admitted she's now having second thoughts following her first training session yesterday and is wondering if it's "too late" to back out of the competition.
Speaking on 'Lorraine' on Tuesday (31.10.17), the 63-year-old star said: "Yes, I have started training. I just fell over a couple of times. I started training yesterday and it was such huge fun and I've never skated. When I was about 12 but they used to give you these things that you could put on your legs so yesterday was the first time.
"I wasn't feeling nervous because I didn't know what to expect but as of yesterday I thought it was hard and they were giving me things to do and movements and now go on one leg and I thought 'I can't do that!' Is it too late to say no?"
Cheryl is adamant her age won't stop her from progressing in the competition and she can't wait to meet her professional trainer nearer to the show launch.
She said: "The girl who was training me yesterday - she was 20 because I haven't met my proper trainer yet - she said: 'I teach a couple of women in their 60s.' "
Bosses of the skating show have kept details of the forthcoming series under wraps but Brooke Vincent - who is known for playing Sophie Webster in 'Coronation Street' - announced yesterday that she had also agreed to show off her skills on the rink.
It's believed more celebrities will be announced in due course but, for now, it's been confirmed that Jason Gardiner has reclaimed his position on the judging panel alongside Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean - who previously mentored the contestants but have now switched positions - and Diversity dancer Ashley Banjo.
Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield will return as hosts.
