Charlotte Dawson says motherhood has taught her to embrace her body.
The 28-year-old reality star - who welcomed son Noah in January - is learning to love her stretch marks as she insists it is "not normal" for new mums to "snap back" to their original body size after giving birth.
She told MailOnline: "I just want to make other mums and other women feel good about themselves. We can't be so hard on ourselves. Obviously, I don't take myself seriously, as you all know, so I just embrace every single stretch mark, all my flabbiness, you've just got to embrace it, work with it, dance with it, shake it! And have a laugh with it.
"I can't sugarcoat it. Obviously, there are days you don't want to get up or do your makeup, hair. I see some mums that go straight back to the gym and being healthy. That's just not normal mum life."
What's more, the former 'Celebs Go Dating' star is so proud of her newborn that she has signed him up for an Instagram account despite fearing nasty trolls.
She explained: "We're obsessed with him. I made him an Instagram, he's got b***** 80,000 followers already – it's mad! I didn't know whether to put him on and I was umming and ahing about it and I thought 'I'm going to do it' and the response has been amazing. I don't want to hide him away.
"Obviously there are some comments. How the hell can you slag a baby off and troll a baby? It just shows what type of person you are. Nothing surprises me with these trolls anymore. It's just disgusting."
However, Charlotte - whose dad is the late comedy icon Les Dawson - had to convince her fiance Matthew Sarsfield to put their baby's face online as he grew up out of the spotlight.
She added: "Matthew is not in the public eye as much and I had to speak to him about it all and he found it a bit difficult. He was like "I don't know if I really want it" with the baby being public."
