Charlotte Crosby and Stephen Bear are being lined up to take each other on in a celebrity version of 'The Great British Bake Off'.
The on/off couple are in talks with show bosses about appearing on the programme in December, and producers are keen to sign them up for the Stand Up To Cancer fundraiser to provide some "hilarious television".
A friend said: "They're so popular with a younger audience and it would make for hilarious television.
"Producers have started casting now and dates are being mulled over."
The pair look set to sign up for the programme, which is also aiming to attract Kate Moss' sister Lottie, former 'Hollyoaks' actress Jorgie Porter, Made in Chelsea's Ollie Locke and newsreader Jon Snow, as long as they have a gap in their schedule.
The pal added to The Sun Online: "It all depends on whether they could make the times that have been set aside but everyone is hoping they can."
While Charlotte, 27, looks set to do some baking on the show, she recently admitted she doesn't want a bun in the oven anytime soon.
She said: "I did go through a stage of feeling broody but now I'm back and focused on putting my career and self first, making the most of my 20s before they are over."
But Bear, 27, wants to have 10 children.
Speaking in April, he said: "I'm getting excitable. I want 10 children. I'm being serious, obviously I've got a past. Everyone has relationship problems. When you fall for someone you try your best to stay with them. It just takes time. She's the one, I don't want no one else."
