Chad Coleman, known to many as Tyreese from AMC's The Walking Dead television series and Dennis 'Cutty' Wise from The Wire, has been cast in the recurring role of villain Tobias Church in The CW's Arrow.

IGN revealed the news, describing the character as "an imposing gangster looking to unite the various criminal enterprises in Star City under his own singular command."
First seen in Arrow's season 5 premiere, it's likely that Coleman's character will become one of the driving forces of the season, perhaps even becoming the season's big bad.
Evelyn Sharp will be returning to the show, whilst DC Comics character Wild Dog will be introduced, played by Rick Gonzalez.
Arrow's executive producers are also promising some interesting flashbacks during the new season, resolving what has previously gone unexplained about Oliver's time in Russia and the Bratva tattoo.
Arrow returns for its fifth season at 8pm ET/PT on Wednesday, October 5 on The CW.
