The new Celebrity Big Brother eye

The launch date for the next series of Celebrity Big Brother has been confirmed.

Channel 5 will start airing the series from January 3 at 9pm, and rumours are already floating around as to who may enter the glossy compound.

Loud-mouthed Katie Hopkins is a favourite to enter the famous doors, and more recently, Nancy Dell'Olio has been linked to the long-running reality television series.

Confirmed to come back on hosting duties for the main show and spin-off 'Big Brother's Big Mouth', are Emma Willis and Rylan Clark, with AJ Odudu leaving after just one series.

Carol McGiffin and Iain Lee have also joined the presenting team for the weekly 'Bit on the Psych' psychology special.

Catch 'Celebrity Big Brother' in the New Year from January 3 at 9pm on Channel 5.
