Cat Deeley is set to make her UK TV presenting comeback on 'Lorraine'.
The 44-year-old host spent 14 years living in the US, after first finding fame on British TV shows such as 'SMTV Live', but Cat is now poised to fill in for Lorraine Kelly throughout next week as she takes a break from the ITV show.
Cat - who hosted 'So You Think You Can Dance' in the US - told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Lorraine has kindly entrusted me with her show while she has a break over Easter.
"I’m so happy to be back at ITV for the coming week and looking forward to meeting some people I’ve wanted to interview for sometime and also welcoming some old friends on air."
Cat is set to interview the likes of Stacey Solomon and Louise Redknapp during her week-long stint on 'Lorraine'.
And Victoria Kennedy, the show's editor, is thrilled to be working with her.
She said: "Next week the lovely Cat Deeley will take to the helm of 'Lorraine', providing viewers at home with much-needed Easter enjoyment.
"As a huge fan of 'SMTV', I’m more than just a bit delighted."
Cat and her husband Patrick Kielty quit the US last year amid fears of gun violence.
The TV presenter revealed that she and her husband decided to return home after Patrick was forced to hide from a gunman in a Los Angeles mall.
Cat - who has Milo, five, and James, two, with her husband - shared: "They shut down the centre. I got a call from Paddy, saying, 'They're taking us out through the fire exits but nobody can get to their car. If we walk to a junction, can you come and get us?'
"He wanted to keep Milo calm, so I didn't understand the enormity of what was happening. As I was driving I began to see helicopters, news vans, firemen and SWAT squads. It makes me go funny now. It was terrifying."
