Caprice has landed her own 'Real Housewives'-style reality show.
The 41-year-old model - who is expecting two babies this summer, one conceived by surrogate and the other naturally - has already started filming the Bravo series, 'Ladies of London', which will document the lives of six of her super-wealthy friends including socialite and businesswoman Caroline Stanbury.
A source said: "Unlike 'Made in Chelsea', there is no script. It's a documentary about real, rich women living in the capital with all the glitz, glamour and scandal that that brings.
"There's a lot more to these women's lives than just shopping and necking champagne. Viewers are going to be shocked by just what goes on in these elite circles."
Caprice has already been spotted at a top London restaurant shooting the show, which will be screened in the autumn and feature model Noelle Reno and late designer Alexander McQueen's longtime friend Annabelle Nielson, as well as cameos from former 'Holby city' actress Patsy Kensit and Jodie Kidd.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "Caprice is trying to juggle her underwear business while preparing to be a mother for the first time.
"She is determined to keep up with the pace of life that these women in London lead, while frantically preparing for motherhood."
