Camilla Thurlow hosted a raunchy challenge on 'Love Island' on Tuesday (20.06.17).
The 27 year old and Johnny Mitchell were tasked with hosting the challenge for the other contestants on the ITV2 reality show, which saw each couple demonstrate a given sex position as quickly as possible.
Reading the rules, Camilla said: "We'll read out the sex position. The couple that get into the sex position correctly first will get a point."
But the blonde beauty's face dropped when she continued reading, and realised if no-one was able to get into the correct position, she and Johnny would have to show them how it's done.
She continued: "If none of you get the correct position then there will be no points. But we will show you how it should be done."
Unfortunately for Camilla, the other islanders weren't feeling too kind and came up with the perfect plan to make sure the couple would have no other choice but to get down and dirty.
Jessica Shears revealed: "We did have a slight conspiracy that we wanted Jonny and Camilla to have to demonstrate something."
Before long, Camilla and Johnny found themselves having to take centre stage and show off their moves, but the blonde later remarked that the behaviour wasn't unusual for her.
She said in the Beach Hut: "I do try and generally operate on the rule of 'lady in the streets, freak in the sheets'."
Meanwhile, elsewhere in the episode, the female contestants gathered around to discuss how many sexual partners they'd had.
Gabby Allen, Amber Davies and Jessica confessed to having the most romps, with Gabby's total nearing 50, and Amber and Jessica both having "ballpark figures" of around 25 to 30.
Camilla admitted to having had 16 partners, whilst Olivia Attwood - who has recently been embroiled in a love triangle between islanders Chris Hughes and Mike Thalassitis - claimed to have had 20.
