Bonnie Anderson has given birth.
The former 'Neighbours' star took to Instagram to share a picture of her baby boy, Bobby Ray Morrison, who she shares with her fiancé Sam Morrison.
She wrote in the caption: "It was always you our darling boy. Bobby Ray Morrison"
Bonnie - who played Bea Nilsson in the Australian soap from 2018 to 2021, before making a brief return earlier this year - revealed in June that she and Sam were expecting their first child together.
She wrote: "BUMP AHEAD
The best is yet to come and we couldn’t be more excited."
Bonnie reprised her role as Bea for the soap's finale episode, when the show ended in July after 37 years.
But last month, it was confirmed that 'Neighbours' is returning for a brand-new series after being saved by Amazon Freevee.
A tweet on the official 'Neighbours' Twitter account read: "Breaking News from Erinsborough!
"Neighbours will return for a brand-new series next year exclusively on @AmazonFreevee, alongside thousands of episodes from previous seasons to stream as you please."
Stefan Dennis (Paul Robinson), Alan Fletcher (Karl Kennedy), Jackie Woodburne (Susan Kennedy) and Ryan Moloney (Toadie Rebecchi) are all set to return to the soap.
Lauren Anderson, head of AVoD original content and programming, Amazon Studios, said: "'Neighbours' has captivated its audience for nearly 40 years, building a dedicated and loyal following for the lives and stories of the characters on Ramsay Street.
"With the power of streaming, we’re able to offer a catalogue of thousands of 'Neighbours' episodes for new audiences to discover this legendary series and current fans to relive their favourite moments. We look forward to immersing the audience in new Ramsay Street experiences when we relaunch the show next year for Amazon Freevee and Prime Video customers."
Production on 'Neighbours' will begin in early 2023, and the soap will return in the second half of the year.
