Binky Felstead was warned that she may have a difficult pregnancy after she had part of her cervix removed.
The former 'Made in Chelsea' star - who has seven-month-old daughter India with her partner Josh 'JP' Patterson - was forced to have the operation after she was diagnosed with pre-cancerous cells on her cervix at the age of just 23, but was told by the doctor at the time that the surgery may affect her carrying a baby.
Speaking on 'Loose Women' on Thursday (25.01.18), she said: "I had part of my cervix removed and was told it could be harder to keep hold of a baby long-term. I was so upset and scared."
The 27-year-old beauty's mother Jane rushed her to the doctors for a cervical screening test - which is offered to women from the age of 25 - because she was complaining of stomach cramps.
She explained: "I was 23, you don't get them til you were 25. It's a scary thing to do as you don't know whether you look the same as everyone else down there, its intimidating.
"I've spoken to friends who don't even know what a smear test is and haven't had one. I want people to know what it is and that it's so important to get it done."
Although Binky was told her operation could've had reduced her chances of falling pregnant, she welcomed her little girl into the world last year and she's admitted she's thoroughly enjoying motherhood.
She explained: "I've had seven months of no sleep. I'm tired but I'm loving it. I actually thought it would be a lot worse like never going to sleep or never showering. But I am actually showering every morning, I promise!"
