'The Bachelor UK' is returning later this month with gym hunk Alex Marks in the spotlight.
The 31-year-old personal trainer - who has a fitness studio in South London - will appear as the lucky bachelor looking for love in the sixth series of the Channel 5 programme, which returns after a seven-year break.
The highly-anticipated series is being hosted by Mark Wright and will follow the same format as the US show by featuring seventeen single ladies, who will compete for the affection of Alex, in the hope they will be given a flower at the rose ceremony to remain in the competition.
The US spin-off will feature over 10 episodes filmed in several locations including South Africa, Antigua and the UK.
A TV source told The Sun's TV Bizarre column: "Mark has already had an incredibly busy year presenting on Extra.
"Now he's getting ready to jet off again to front another show which is an amazing opportunity - but it means more time out of the country and being apart from Michelle.
"He's really excited to get stuck in with the show though and looking forward to lending his professional dating expertise."
Alex specialises in fitness for pregnant and post-natal mothers and has joined the show in the hope he can find his soulmate.
The Bachelor UK originally started in 2003 on BBC Three and later relaunched on Channel 5 with two celebrity seasons featuring 'Made In Chelsea's' Spencer Matthews and Welsh rugby star, Gavin Henson.
However, the series failed to bring in viewers and so the show was cancelled.
