Aisha Kasim has been fired from 'The Apprentice' after arguing with Lord Alan Sugar about cactus shampoo.
The 30-year-old inventor and hair extensions specialist become the second candidate to be sacked by Lord Sugar in last night's (15.10.15) episode after she failed to impress as project manager.
The second task in the new series - which saw male and female candidates mixed up for the first task on Wednesday (14.10.15) before being put back into a team of girls and a team of boys last night (15.10.15) - was to name and brand a new shampoo containing cactus seed oil and create a digital billboard and 30 second TV advert.
And Lord Sugar was not impressed with Aisha's decision to design a bottle without any images of a cactus on it, although she stands by her thought process.
She said: "Apparently this cactus shampoo has been around for a few years now. I've never seen a shampoo with cactus on it and there's a very good reason for that, because nobody will probably buy it.
"I wouldn't buy shampoo with a cactus on it that's claiming to be moisturising so I was simply trying to say to Lord Sugar, why don't we soften it a bit and instead of putting the cactus on there, why don't we use the cactus flower because that's actually what it's made from in the first place?"
However, choosing to bring Vana Koutsomitis back into the boardroom was the final nail in Aisha's coffin.
Lord Sugar said: "One thing I am sure about though is that Vana, I don't personally think you should be sitting here today in this last boardroom. So on that basis, you're going to remain in the process. Aisha - you brought the wrong person back in the case of Vana, I haven't got a clue why you brought her back and that's a sign of your poor judgement."
