Apple TV+ have revealed exactly when we'll be able to watch their highly-anticipated original thriller series Suspicion and, released a plethora of first-look images showcasing some of the all-star cast that are going to bring the story to life on the small screen.
Starring Uma Thurman (Kill Bill), the Apple Original makes its global debut on the company's streaming platform with two episodes on Friday February 4th, 2022. A new episode will follow weekly thereafter, every Friday, until the series' conclusion.
As the title would suggest, not everybody can be trusted in in this new drama, which sees the son of a prominent American businesswoman (Thurman) kidnapped from a New York hotel.
Four young and seemingly ordinary British citizens are immediately thrown into the spotlight, having all been at the hotel on the night of the disappearance, but whether or not any of them had anything to do with the kidnapping isn’t something that’s immediately apparent.
With both the National Crime Agency and FBI on their backs, they are forced to engage in a trans-Atlantic game of cat and mouse to prove their innocence, hoping to unearth the truth behind the disappearance at the same time so that their names can be cleared.
When so much is at stake and answers need to be given however, will the authorities focus more on getting to the root of the mystery, or will they simply want to close the case by any means possible?
An incredible cast of talented performers join Thurman in this production, including Kunal Nayyar (The Big Bang Theory), Noah Emmerich (The Americans), Georgina Campbell (Black Mirror), Elyes Gabel (Scorpion), Elizabeth Henstridge (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Tom Rhys-Harries (White Lines) and Angel Coulby (Dancing on the Edge).
Rob Williams, known for his work on Man in the High Castle, serves as showrunner and executive producer on Suspicion, alongside fellow executive producer Chris Long (The Americans), Howard Burch, Avid Nir and Anna Winger, with Darin McLeod (Watchmen) as producer.
Suspicion is based on the award-winning Israeli series False Flag and comes exclusively to Apple TV+ from February 4th, 2022.
