Antony Costa has declared himself bankrupt.
The Blue singer - who is the third member of band to file for bankruptcy - has admitted he's financially broke in the hope of securing a future for his fiancée Rosanna and their three-month-old daughter Savannah.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, he said: "I am really proud to be a father and the arrival of my new daughter has made me take a good look at my finances.
"I want to be sure I can provide the best possible future for my family.
"Our former management made a lot of decisions that we as a band have had to be financially responsible for. Whether right or wrong, their personal pursuit in the last two years has led me to instigate proceedings to wipe the financial slate clean and start again."
Duncan James and Simon Webbe both declared themselves bankrupt last year after they were unable to pay their debts.
However, Simon's financial status could be on the way up after he recently signed a big money deal to appear on BBC One's 'Strictly Come Dancing' later this year.
Meanwhile, Lee Ryan - who appeared on 'Celebrity Big Brother' last year - is the only member of the group to have never gone broke.
