Anthea Turner has "trained" herself to like dark chocolate.
The 56-year-old television presenter is an advocate for health and wellbeing and has managed to change her palate so she reaches for a healthy calorific treat rather than sugary snacks.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I have actually trained myself to like dark chocolate now. I actually will go for dark chocolate now and I never thought that. Not in a million years and I actually like it. You don't eat as much but you get that cocoa, that thing that we're actually drawn to in chocolate, and it's really nice. I kid myself that dark chocolate is actually good for me. It's good for your endorphins."
And, although she's determined to limit the amount of sugar she has, the blonde beauty approaches food with the mindset that everything should be in moderation rather than deprivation.
She explained: "Sugar isn't good for us. I'm the first one to have my hand out for a nice cake and biscuit. I think sugar is the one thing you should cut out. You do need a bit of fat in your body. I like milk but not too much of it. Everything in moderation is key."
Anthea is supporting Cancer Research UK's Shine, the Marathon Night Walk, in London on Saturday September 24.
