Ant McPartlin has reportedly moved into a £4.5 million mansion.
The 'Saturday Night Takeaway' co-host is said to have moved into a plush gated property in south west London, which is rented for an estimated £12,000 a month, eight miles away from his former west London home.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "He needs somewhere quiet and private a bit out of the way to help him focus on his recovery.
"The new place is exactly that. It will help with his treatment and give him some space away from the limelight."
Ant's new abode features a balcony with views of some beautiful gardens, and the luxury home is said to have a private bar.
What's more, there is a separate flat which could be ideal if the TV presenter - who was convicted of drink-driving last month and fined £86,000 - wants to invite his 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' co-host Declan Donnelly around for the night.
The pair could also spend a bit of downtime in Ant's games room, which comes complete with a pool table.
Removal fans have been spotted at Ant's former west London home this week.
A picture of Ant and Dec together emerged on a fan's social media account earlier this week after she snapped the photo of the pair at a London hotel.
Christin Maschmann captioned the picture: "Pleasure to randomly bump into Ant and Dec yesterday. Lovely guys! They super nice and in a good mood."
Dec has been without Ant of late following the presenter's drink-driving conviction, after which the 42-year-old star admitted to having "alcohol and emotional issues".
As a result, Dec, 42, had to present the final few 'Saturday Night Takeaway' episodes on his own and is set to do the same at the upcoming 'Britain's Got Talent' live shows.
'BGT' judge Amanda Holden admitted on the weekend that Ant "will be missed" on the programme, and offered to lend Dec a hand if needs be.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I think he will be missed but I think Dec will do a sterling job.
"Alesha and I are on hand to step in.
"Mand and Dec has a good ring to it actually."
