The presenting duo picked up their awards at the star-studded event at the Theatre Royal for their ITV show 'Saturday Night Takeaway', repeating their successes of 2014.

Speaking backstage after collecting their awards, Dec told BANG Showbiz: "What a thrill this is. Two years in a row for 'Saturday Night Takeaway'. It's a real treat.

"We absolutely love doing the show. We are only doing seven a year, because of the schedules, that's all they allow for. We work ever so hard on it."

Despite their continuing success, Dec insisted the presenting double act have no plans to slow down, describing them as the "luckiest guys in showbiz."

He joked: "We're going to keep going until we get found out and pulling the wool over their eyes!

"No, we're having the best time and like I told the audience, I get to go to work everyday with my best mate. We get to mess about, make each other laugh and we do it on TV.

"People seem to like what we're doing. We're blessed from above. We are the luckiest guys in showbiz."

Meanwhile, Ant dedicated their success to the behind-the-scenes staff who work on 'Saturday Night Takeaway'.

He said: "They are the most dedicated, hardworking team. And the work they put in, week on week, it's really brilliant and we dedicate [this success] to them."

Elsewhere, ITV's 'Coronation Street' won the Soap and Continuing Drama award, with producer Stuart Blackburn dedicating the success to Anne Kirkbride, who died in January after 42 years playing Deidre Barlow.
