The presenting duo - whose full names are Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly - are signed to ITV in a multimillion pound 'golden handcuff' deal, but that's coming to an end later this year which will leave the household names open to other offers.

Ant confessed the pair could be lured away to Netflix or Amazon Prime, which have attracted huge viewing numbers over the past two years.

He said: "We have been approached about doing something for an online platform."

Dec - who currently presents 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here', 'Britain's Got Talent' and 'Saturday Night Takeaway' with his co-host and friend - added: "We have got three of the biggest shows on ITV, so right now, it's the best home for us, but you never know."

The pair reportedly earned a whopping £8.4 million between them in 2014, which works out at £23,000 each a day.

But asked where they see themselves in five years' time, they admit they will be "slowing down".

In an interview with The Sun's TV Magazine, Ant said: "We do think about slowing down, work wise. Because you don't want to kill yourself. We never want to hate what we do.

"It's not just terrestrial channels - there are other options nowadays, such as Netflix, and Amazon Prime. There will be a whole wealth of stuff for when we decide to do something different."
