Anna Williamson thinks her close friendship with Paul Carrick Brunson helps them on 'Celebs Go Dating'.
The two relationship experts and co-stars - who recently continued their work together on the 11th season of the E4 reality show - are good pals even when the cameras stop rolling, and she has suggested that could be the secret to their success.
She told Digital Spy: "I think the most we ever get to disagreeing is having an alternative point of view. It's really important.
"I mean, we are very, very good friends. Neither of us are in this to make telly you know we're in it because we genuinely care about what we do.
"But we're also very skilled at knowing TV as well. It would never be the done thing or cool within the profession of therapy to discredit a fellow coach or to disagree with their advice."
She noted while they "may have an alternative point of view or another way of doing things", viewers wouldn't see them row about different approaches.
She added: "You may have an alternative point of view or another way of doing things and that is about as far as we would get when it comes to not agreeing with each other."
"There is more than one way to do coaching and therapy and I think that's what we really embody."
Meanwhile, Anna noted they need to put on a strong "united" front to make sure the celebrities are able to "trust" their tips.
She explained: "If Paul and I disagree with each other how can we expect our celebrities to then trust in our advice?
"They wouldn't know which one of us to trust. Paul describes it in a really good way: 'We're like mom and dad'.
"Essentially, we might disagree or might not always have the same viewpoint, but we [are] one united team."
