Andy Whyment would love Harry Redknapp and Gino D'Acampo to join 'I'm A Celebrity... South Africa'.
The 'Coronation Street' actor - who has played Kirk Sutherland on the cobbles since 2000 and was a runner-up on the ITV reality show in 2019 - has weighed in on his ideal surprise campmates for the all-star spin off.
He said: "I would love it if Harry Redknapp was in the camp because I could talk about football with him all day!
"Also Gino D'Acampo would be great. I think my wife would be jealous if he cooked for me!"
The 42-year-old star also admitted his favourite 'I'm A Celebrity' memories come from seeing the famous faces struggle with their Bushtucker Trials.
He added: "When Paul Burrell put his hand in the barrels, it really made me laugh.
"Gillian McKeith fainting was funny as she obviously didn't want to do the trial and Dean Gaffney made me giggle with his screams. It was such great TV to watch."
Meanwhile, Andy credited presenting duo Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly with helping the show become "such a success".
He explained: "I think the reason why the show is such a success is partly down to Ant and Dec. They take the mickey out of everyone.
"I'm A Celebrity has such a cult following and we as a family always can't wait to watch it. I am a proper fan of the show."
He loved being part of it four years ago, and a big part of that was getting to show everyone his true self.
He said: "To get to the final with people in my camp like Caitlyn Jenner who as millions of followers on Twitter was amazing.
"I am an ordinary guy and I was so glad people saw me for who I am. Before then, they had just seen me as Kirk.
"'I'm A Celebrity' is 24 hours a day and it meant a lot that people did vote for me. I think that is why I got so emotional as I'd never done a show where people were voting for me as me.
"I was over the moon to come runner-up in the series and it feels great to be doing it all over again."
I'm A Celebrity...South Africa continues tonight at 9pm and all this week on Virgin Media One and Virgin Media Player.
Viewers can also tune in on ITV1 and ITVX.
