Amy Mottram is returning to 'The X Factor'.
The 2012 Wildcard entry is returning for a second chance at stardom after narrowly missing out to Christopher Maloney in the public vote last year to make it into the final 13.
The Essex girl was originally rejected in favour of Ella Henderson, Jade Ellis and Lucy Spraggan by mentor Tulisa Contostavlos at the Judges' Houses stage last year.
The pop wannabe received a warm welcome from the live audience when she made a surprise appearance on stage during the auditions at London's Wembley Arena this week, performing power ballad 'I Know Where I've Been' by Queen Latifah.
Amy told the crowd: "I have been waiting a year to try again and the song tells my story."
The 17-year-old singer received four yeses from judges Nicole Scherzinger, Gary Barlow, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh and was put through to Boot Camp.
Terry Winstanley, who also made Judges' Houses in 2011, has also returned for another shot, singing Michael Bolton's 'When I'm Back On My Feet Again' for the judges.
It appears he has a new fan in Nicole, who told him: "You sound like a million bucks."
