Amy Childs is no longer a contestant on The Jump.
The former 'Only Way is Essex' star was eliminated from the competition after refusing to take part in a ski jump against Sinitta, who had also found herself in the bottom two after disappointing performances in the skeleton.
After Sinitta completed a jump of 10 metres on the smallest slope, Amy, 23, was close to tears but couldn't be coaxed into tackling the final challenge.
And she was unable to give an exit interview because she was still on the slope and a travelator only went upwards.
However, she tweeted soon afterwards: "Gutted I couldn't do #thejump but so proud of everything I have achieved in this competition. Going to miss all the team!Xxx (sic)"
Earlier in the evening, Amy, Sinitta and fellow female contestants Kimberly Wyatt, Laura Hamilton, Melinda Messenger and Anthea Turner had taken on the tough skeleton, which saw them career down an icy track head first on a tray.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer topped the leaderboard with a time of 44.180 seconds - just 1.771 second quicker than bottom-placed Sinitta.
Melinda and Laura came second and third respectively, with Anthea avoiding the jump-off by coming in fourth place with a time of 45.413, slightly ahead of Amy, who finished in 45.705 seconds.
Amy had previously admitted to being terrified of tackling the jump.
She had said: "I couldn't even stand there five weeks ago. I just can't seem to push myself off of it."
Tonight (28.01.14), the remaining male contestants - Sir Steve Redgrave, Marcus Brigstocke, Darren Gough and Henry Conway - will take on the skeleton.
