Amy Childs "freaked out" after breaking a nail and demanded an ambulance to be sent.
The former 'Only Way is Essex' beauty was in tears after damaging one of her nails while in Austria training for upcoming new Channel 4 winter sports show 'The Jump', but she was given a plaster and told to get on with it.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Amy freaked out and started crying. Her appearance is everything to her.
"She called out that she wanted an ambulance.
"Everyone else just fell about laughing. Someone handed her a plaster and told her to just get on with it. Poor Amy was mortified."
Amy is one of 12 stars who will take part in the show, which will see celebrities put through their paces as they learn various winter sports including bobsleighing and speed skating.
And it's not just the 23-year-old star who has suffered while filming the show. 'Flash Gordon' star Sam Jones, 59, was taken to hospital after falling while attempting a ski jump, and socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, 41, had to be treated after she got a splinter in her finger.
Olympian Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards - who won the first series of ITV diving competition 'Splash!' in January - will coach the celebrities, who also include ex-Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave, retired cricketer Darren Gough and former Pussycat Dolls singer Kimberly Wyatt, while Davina McCall will host the programme.
