Amelia Lily is joining the cast of 'Geordie Shore'.

The 25-year-old singer - who first rose to fame on 'The X Factor' in 2011 - will be part of the MTV show alongside regular cast members Abbie Holborn and James Tindale.
She will be joined by a pair of new boys - 'True Love or True Lives' winner Louis Shaw and call centre worker Ant Kennedy - when the show returns on July 28.
Amelia impressed the nation when she was just 16 years old as she competed in the ITV singing competition against Little Mix for the talent show crown, but finished third behind Marcus Collins.
She later finished as the runner up on 'Celebrity Big Brother' in 2017 as she lost to former Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding.
Meanwhile, fellow 'Geordie Shore' newcomer Louis believes he will fit right in with his new TV family on the Toon as he is "a bit of a rascal," and has already made a name for himself when he was spotted getting close with alum Chloe Ferry.
A source told The Sun Online: "Chloe and Louis have been getting on like a house on fire and she's been all over him. He's exactly her type and they've been snogging each other's faces off in clubs all over town."
However, MTV bosses are trying to keep the two separate because of Chloe's string of fiery romances in the past with her fellow cast mates.
The insider added: "Producers are trying to keep them apart as they can't take another romance gone wrong in the cast. The problem is that Chloe's keen and when she's had a drink, you can't keep her hands off him!"
Chloe returned to the previous series without her on-and-off boyfriend Sam Gowland as their relationship finally came to blows when she accused him of bedding his 'Love Island' co-star Amber Davies.
Amber took to Instagram to deny the accusations, calling the situation "ridiculous".
