Amber Dowding "can't stop shaking" after £900 was "stolen from her handbag" at her birthday party.
The 'Only Way is Essex' beauty has been left devastated following the alleged incident at the Café De Paris nightclub in London on Saturday (08.07.16), where the 24-year-old star was seeing in her latest milestone.
A source close to the star told The Sun Online: "Amber is in floods of tears and is devastated that someone would have taken that money from her.
"Last night was supposed to be a fun night out with friends and it's ended in an awful way.
"Amber can't stop shaking and it's worse because her boyfriend Chris Clark is away at the moment."
The 'TOWIE' beauty took to her Twitter account yesterday (09.07.16) to admit she was feeling "so emotional" following the unsavoury incident.
In a series of tweets, she wrote: "Feeling so emotional today
"Don't know how people sleep at night with such a guilty conscience.. (sic)"
The cash was said to have been given to Amber by a Café De Paris promoter and one pal claimed nothing else was taken from her bag except for an envelope with the money inside.
A friend said: "Only the envelope with the money went missing - whoever took it left her purse and phone untouched.
"She's contacted the police but because the nightclub are saying there is no CCTV inside, it's unlikely anything can be done to catch who did this.
"It's not about the money for Amber, it's the fact someone rifled through her belongings - it's really upset her."
The Metropolitan Police have been alerted about the incident, and Amber's representative admitted the officials have been "really supportive".
Amber was announced as a new face on the ITVBe series last July when the blonde beauty's pal Lydia Bright confirmed she would be joining the cast.
The star recently hit out at the 'TOWIE' boys, insisting they are the "biggest bunch of bitches" on the series.
Amber said: "The boys were the worst in the series!
"They are the biggest bitches of us all. We normally have three series in a year and now we only have two, so over the year it's a long time. By the end people are ready to rip each other's hair out."
