Amanda Holden has warned Simon Cowell not to let his girlfriend Lauren Silverman "get away" because she's such a good influence on him.
The 43-year-old star, who is a judge on 'Britain's Got Talent' with the music mogul, feels her pal should pop the question to his New Yorker girlfriend as soon as possible because she has been such a "good influence" on him.
Amanda said: "Simon definitely should ask Lauren to marry him. He shouldn't her get away. Lauren's such a good influence on him.
