Amanda Holden won't let herself "go to seed" until she turns 70.
The 50-year-old TV star - who has been married to Chris Hughes since 2008 - is determined to look after her body and remain in good shape for at least another two decades.
She said: "I'm going to allow myself to go to seed at 70. Chris and I say we'll just eat and drink what we want and not care."
Amanda has been inspired by the likes of Kylie Minogue and Jennifer Aniston, and claimed that older stars are now "leading the way".
She said: "I look at people who are older than me, like Kylie, Jennifer Aniston, Sharon Stone, and Jennifer flipping Lopez — there's no one hotter than her. We're leading the way.
"Look at Jane Fonda in her 80s. If you're like her and have been iconic for your looks as well as your brilliant acting, then you don't want to let that go. Why should you? Why would you want to lose your sexuality and how you're perceived physically.
"Of course, we all care about the inside, but it's not wrong to keep up appearances."
Meanwhile, the blonde beauty also revealed she's "over" COVID-19 restrictions, adding that the time has come for the public to reclaim their lives.
Amanda told the Daily Mail newspaper: "People can be so weird about it [social distancing], but I'm literally licking people now. I just don't care anymore. I'm over it.
"I'm not apologising for living anymore. I want my life back. I keep hearing people going: 'I'm sorry, I'm so lucky to go on holiday.' I'm like: 'No! It's your right to be entertained, your right to go on holiday!
"God knows, the s**** that's been the last couple of years should teach us that life's too short to live cautiously."
