EastEnders' Rita Simons wants to see Roxy Mitchell walk down the aisle in a "massive dress".
The 36-year-old actress - who plays the feisty blonde in the BBC One soap opera - would like to see her alter-ego tie the knot to Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) in an over-the-top gown to make up for her trashy wedding to Sean Slater (Robert Kazinsky) in 2008.
Speaking to Inside Soap magazine, Rita said: "I would love to get a big wedding - I'm going to insist she has a massive dress!
"It's only fitting, since the last one she wore was a horrific number right up to her bits."
Next week, viewers will see Roxy thrilled when the decree nisi arrives which legally ends Alfie's marriage to Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace), but the couple see their relationship go through a turbulent patch after the blonde bombshell's sister Ronnie Branning (Samantha Womack) - who snatched Kat and Alfie's baby two years ago - returns to Albert Square.
Rita explained: "Let's not forget she's [Ronnie] the woman responsible for the baby swap saga that horrified the Square. There's no love lost between her and the Moons, and whispers suggest it could be Ronnie's return that kills Alfie and Roxy's relationship stone dead."
