Dr. Alex George thinks the "pressure" of the outside world could split Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury up.

The former 'Love Island' star has been keeping a keen eye on this year's show and has advised the couple to manage their time carefully to maximise the chances of staying together, otherwise he warned they risk the same fate as last year's winners, Dani Dyer and Jack FIncham, who split up in April.

He told the Racing Post: "On the outside the challenge they will face is the pressure of the media in general, social media and work and his boxing career. How they manage their time will play a big part."

However, the doctor thinks Tommy and Molly-Mae "compliment each other really well".

He continued: "We will see whether they can cope with the strain on the relationship. Looking at Jack and Dani from last year, it was the pressure of the outside world which made them crack."

But Alex thinks the pair stand a good chance of winning as they have managed to stay together for the entirety of the series without having their "heads turned" by any of the other islanders.

He said: "They fell out a little at the start when Tommy was interested in Maura as well but he then chose Molly-Mae and they've looked very strong throughout.

"Neither of them have had their heads turned since."

Meanwhile, Alex doesn't think Curtis Pritchard and Maura Higgins have any hope of winning the show or staying together when the cameras stop rolling.

He said: "I don't see them as a couple and I don't see them lasting on the outside. They're not a good match. Curtis has made quite a few mistakes in the villa. The way he handled the situation involving Jordan and Anna in the villa was probably quite regrettable.

"They won't get anywhere near winning. I don't think the public believe in their relationship enough."
