Alex Ferns would "totally" reprise his role as evil Trevor Morgan in 'EastEnders'.
The 48-year-old actor turned his back on the long-running soap over 15 years ago when his woman-abusing alter ego was killed in a fire but he has admitted he'd jump at the chance to make a return to Walford if his on-screen wife Kacey Ainsworth agreed to make a comeback as his vulnerable wife Little Mo, who accidentally started the blaze.
Speaking on 'Loose Women' on Tuesday (01.08.17), he said: "I would never say never, I would totally do it but only if Kacey did it because we worked so well together."
The star certainly had a hard time while he was working on the soap though as security were forced to escort him out of the studios when his domestic abuse storyline started to get really harrowing as someone was lingering outside and making death threats.
He explained: "I never watched it. At one stage, I remember the BBC security came to me and said 'We can't have you going out the front gate anymore because there's a guy.' And I said: 'Well who's the guy?' And they went: 'Well some guy who lives around, he's made some threats against you.'
"They used to take me out the back and I was like: 'Bring him back here and let me sort him out.' We got so many strange letters. For me, I felt, as an actor I couldn't read the letters because they were from people who were going through it. I didn't know how to process it. It was very tricky but great time, I loved working with Kacey."
