Alesha Dixon studied Ant and Dec before starting her presenting role on 'Your Face Sounds Familiar'.
The 34-year-old star - who co-hosts the ITV show opposite Paddy McGuinness - got some live presenting tips from her 'Britain's Got Talent' co-stars by watching their technique on the talent show, and she admits the duo have helped her to relax while she fronts the programme.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Towards the end of 'BGT' I was really studying Ant and Dec and watching how they do it. They are so relaxed, they are the best in the business. They do it with ease.
"One of things I've tried to adopt from them is having that relaxed manner and not worrying and getting overworked about it and taking it all on the chin. That's really helped."
While the 'Britain's Got Talent' judge admits she is chilled out on 'Your Face Sounds Familiar', she still gets "nice nerves" ahead of the live show.
She added: "Before we go live I always get pre-show nerves but not in a scared way, nice nerves because you know you're going live.
"It's good to have that because it keeps the adrenaline flowing. There's a different energy doing live compared to pre-record. I would pick live any day! I like the randomness of it because anything can happen."
Alesha joined the Thomson Airways team to surprise passengers on the inaugural long haul flight of its 787 Dreamliner.
