'X Factor' wannabe Alejandro Fernandez-Holt has been dubbed "the next Harry Styles" by producers.
The 17-year-old hopeful impressed the judges with his Spanish singing while performing a rendition of Enrique Iglesias' 'Hero' at Wembley Arena on Sunday night (01.09.13), and he is delighted at being compared to the One Direction hunk.
Speaking to Yahoo omg!, he said: "I can remember at my Wembley performance where one of the producers said he thinks we're dealing with the next Harry Styles while talking about my performance, which was quite a compliment I must say!"
Despite only appearing on TV last weekend, Alejandro insists his life has already changed for the better and he is shocked so many people have recognised him in the street.
He added: "Life has gone completely crazy. I walked to the train station today and had people recognising me in the street. It's just been amazing."
As well as impressing Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh, Alejandro wowed the hearts of several females, and he hopes his experience on the show will help him to get a girl.
He explained: "I do not! I'm a single pringle ready to mingle!"
