Alan Partridge is to host a 'TFI Friday' Christmas special.
The fictional television and radio presenter played by comedian Steve Coogan is to join main host Chris Evans for the festive episode of the Channel 4 show.
Alan said: "I was honoured to receive the invitation to co-present Thank Frig It's Friday. The fee was more than generous, and as soon as I received photographic evidence my dressing room had its own shower, I signed on the dotted line."
Partridge will no doubt bring his arrogant and tactless interview techniques from North Norfolk Digital with him as he and Evans speak to guests including fellow comedians James Corden, Jack Whitehall and Lee Mack and 'Sex Bomb' singer Sir Tom Jones.
Evans said: "Having staggered through nearly 200 TFI rehearsals and live shows, it'll be a relief to see how it should be done by Norfolk's master of broadcasting."
Meanwhile, the night's music will be provided by Bryan Adams, Lianne La Havas and Elle King.
The 90-minute special will air on Channel 4 on December 18 at 7.30pm.
