Alan Davies will host a new comedy show to coincide with this year's Winter Olympics.
The TV funnyman will host 'Alan Davies Apres-Ski' for BBC Two, providing humorous commentary on the major sporting event, which kicks off on February 7 in Sochi, Russia.
BBC Two has ordered three 30-minute episodes of the show, which will coincide with the start, middle and end of the Winter Olympics, with the first episode tying in with the opening ceremony.
Alan Tyler, BBC's executive editor for entertainment commissioning, said: "Alan is one of the best comic performers in the UK and a huge sports fan. We are delighted he is fronting what will be a fun take on a huge sporting event."
Graham Stuart, who is producing the show, added: "This is a perfect vehicle for Alan and we look forward to delivering an alternative perspective on the Winter Games."
Alan will be joined by sports stars who'll discuss the Games and they'll take a look at classic moments from past years too.
Alan is best known for his role in 'Jonathan Creek'.
